I've tried wearing Danskos while in school on rotations and I could not find a comfortable pair. I was tired of my feet hurting after wearing shoes intended for runs and work outs for 10-12 hours shifts. I saw these on Amazon and thought, huh light weight, sure I'll try them. I bought leather and synthic. Turns out the cheaper synthetic Pro Lite versions were awesome for me! I tried them in black and blue, blue fit and felt better...dunno why. I'd recommend trying a few pairs. You're bound to find one that works for you.Wife’s review: Got a black pair in the mail yesterday. Have been suffering with major heel pain. These do help.As far as size goes the left shoe fits perfect, but the right shoe is a little loose. With a thicker sock it’s fine. Just not sure if I should go down a size. I usually wear a 9 womens. They are light weight too and seem to be made well.I did return them after a few days. Ended up getting a good tennis shoe and putting orthotic inserts inside. I also got a cortisone shot which really helped. They look a little like orthopedic shoes for a grandma but when I tell you these have gotten me through multiple 12 hour shifts without much leg and foot pain I mean it. The soles are supported and with a pair of compression socks I can make it through my nursing shifts with ease and not have to worry if I'm going to be sore the next day.Size was too big other than that the shoe was a great quality shoe.New school year means more time standing and walking in the classroom and on the playground. These are comfortable and dressier than a sneaker; Would buy again.Bought these to wear in the house due to having plantear fascitis and they have excellent support. If this is your first time buying dansko's be aware they are supposed to fit loosely so size up. I typically wear a US size 9, but a 40 in these. You should be able to fit your pinky finger between your heel and the heel of the shoe.Super comfortable! This is my 4th time buying a dansko shoe and every time I’m reminded it’s like walking on clouds… for about two 12 hour shifts… then it’s a regular shoe with quality arch support. They definitely break in quickly and last me about a year usually.Relaxed and supportiveWhat I dislike about them it took me 2 weeks to break them in. What I like about them so comfortable for me now. I love them now, well worth the the money.I got them with the back in as I’m a nurse and I thought would be best for work. They are a larger size than usual. I’m usually a 40 and these are a 39. Very happy with themDansko never disappoints!!Super comfortable and durable
