(Original Comments): In a little over a month, I discovered some sticky "gum" on my shoe and socks. I figured I had stepped in something. Saw more a couple of days later. Tonight, my wife saw my shoes and realized that there was some inside.. it turned out that the gum was residue from the "comfort gel" pad inside the left shoe. It obviously was defective and has mostly burst out of the shoe. I'll see if I can return/replace... I really DO like the shoes BUT lasting a little more than one month is unacceptable.(Update): Being too late to make a claim with Amazon, I reached out to Nunn Bush and sent them a picture of the gel pack and asked if they could replace the insoles (they are removable). Their response (the next day) was "I can and will definitely send you a new pair of 8.5 gel insoles to your home." Now, exactly three days later, a pair of new insoles arrived. Although I originally rated this pair of shoes at 2 stars, I am upgrading to 5 stars. Great support from the shoe manufacturer!This is my second pair of Nunn Bush shoes I have bought for work. I love the feel and comfort. The style and quality is great. My only complaint is with the gel bubble in the heel spot. It tends to irritate my heel from time to time. I have become a fan of this company and will continue to buy them in the future as my exclusive dress/work shoe.Great show, however could not find it again on amazonI wear either a 13 or 14 size shoe depending on the style and make. Very hard for me to find comfortable shoes in most sizes. Decided on smaller 13 size after reading reviews that these ran large in other buyer's shoes. These are the most comfortable shoes I've purchased in some time and I appreciate the other buyer's reviews.I have another pair of Nunn Bush shoes very similar to this style and side by side these are a half inch longer even though they say they are the same exact size.Nice product. I like the comfort of this shoe very much, but runs bit larger, replaced with amazon return policy for lower size and it fits perfect. overall i like this shoe. I suggest to my 1 size lower than yours. Mine is 10.5 Wide size and 9.5 Wide fits perfectly.This is my second pair of these shoes. They are relatively inexpensive, comfortable to wear, and look good in a casual office setting. My problem is after two months of use, the gel packet in the heel has burst and is squeezing out into the shoe, resulting in a sticky residue in the heel and reduction in comfort. I did not have this issue with my first pair which last about 6 months of M-F wear.At first they feel a little tight but feel better within a day. They feel comfortable and the gel and memory foam are great. Love shoes that are comfortable and don't hurt the feet. Happy walking.Had an issue with the gel in one shot and the shoes were replace. Still love the comfort.I like these shoes. Really comfortable fit, great padding... you can jog in them without much discomfort. My daily work shoes for the last 2 years but towards the end, the sole wore out and became dangerous on wet floors, and the the shoe leather popped a hole just behind the 5th toe.
