Slides off of the mattress every time you sit on the bed.We love the feel and comfort of this but hate that it doesn't stay in place on our mattress. We are constantly having to adjust and put our fitted sheet back on (note: our fitted sheet isn't to small so that's not why).I waned to add Height to my existing mattress. It was Squishy Foam. Completely collapsed with little pressure. So dissapoined. Reutured it. If you looking for support, I find Latex to the best chice.Very comfortable, great thickness, and conforms well to the body (even when sleeping on my side and stomach). My only complaint, and it's a big one, is that it tends to slip and slide on the mattress even though it has a rubbery bottom with gripping nodules. If not for the issue of slippage, this would be an excellent topper.This mattress topper is comfortable but slides which is pretty frustrating. It will slide off the mattress slightly. It helps keep you cool during the hot months and warm during the cold months. It’s almost 2” in thickness. It fit my queen bed great minus the top sliding out of place.I usually get a good mattress topper so I can have cooler or warmer night. For this mattress topper, this one is okay. It fits over my mattress well and it was definitely a good thing to have for the hotter summer times. The mattress foam topper should NOT be washed in anyway other than spot washing. The cover that is provided is pretty good to have but it tends to make the mattress topper slide so it becomes off center. Even if you have a tight mattress cover it tends to shift. Another thing to note is to be careful when removing the foam from the cover as the zipper can easily cut into the mattress topper. Another thing to note is that you should give it 24 hours to really take shape. That means you should not put it into the cover for a few hours. My recommendation is to just have it out in the open for that duration. It does take shape and then you can put it on your bed. This particular form does come with a plastic like strong smell that takes a few days to go away. I would definitely wash the cover before using it. It does fit my queen mattress but it does slide from the center over time which is a bit annoying. I can see it off the side and have to remove my cover to re-adjust it. The topper does feel really good on my back and it actually pretty cool at hot night. I would not say it is like ice cold but you do feel a little bit of cool relief at night. It does feel pretty comfortable and after one night sleep I do feel better. I would say that this does give you a little bit back pain relief if you are still on a spring mattress but I am just putting this on top of my memory foam. It does not seem to flatten or lose foam over time so that is nice. Overall this is a very comfortable mattress topper and it is nice that you can clean the cover but it constantly shifts at night. Even with a tight cover, it moves around which is quite annoying when you have to re adjusted. Also be careful when removing the cover as the zipper could rip the foam. I sank into that bed and slept so well. BUT I already have a modern foam mattress. So I got this thin 1.5" topper -It came rolled up and wrapped tight in plastic. Once you cut it open (the box warns you to be careful with a sharp object when opening the box, you could cut through to the foam), it unfolds easily. It does have a chemical smell but after 24 hours it was a lot better, and I put it on my bed (but if you're sensitive to smells or get chemical headaches you probably want to wait) and after about 4 days the smell was gone.It's squishy but because it's not 4+ inches thick, it doesn't sink too much. Squishy beds can hurt your back, luckily I don't have back problems though. It does have a grippy bottom that holds onto the bed, and although it says it's slightly smaller to fit on your bed, it was about the same as my foam mattress. I had to find special sheets (since my bed is 16" and this adds 1.5"). And with my fitted sheet on, I can see the square corners overlapping weird on some sides. I can't get it to be completely even on all sides, and it sticks out weird - I think it's a mix of it being some what 'pullable' and me not having laid it totally flat when it was expanding and sitting... But it doesn't bother me. I rather like it, and so far it's staying in place. For the price it's a nice way to try memory foam without investing in a super deep one - especially if your mattress is already thick.My cat walked on it before I could put the sheet on and his little feets left little imprints that disappeared too quickly to take a photo, but it was very cute.This is super squishy and comfortable. It has the faintest of traction (like silicone gel you sometimes get in the heel of low-rise socks, but less thick than that) to hold it in place on your mattress, and stays put well. I would have guessed it's 2" high instead of 1.5"; it's quite thick and comfortable
